Two global media giants set to make North Tyneside their home

Global mass media and entertainment conglomerate, Warner Brothers Discovery, and international media data specialists, Nielsen, have signed deals to open offices in North East England.

On behalf of landlord, Europark Properties (Office), commercial property consultancy Naylors Gavin Black has let two offices to the major media brands at the newly refurbished Q5 office building on Quorum Business Park in North Tyneside.

Warner Brothers Discovery which owns brands including TNT Sports, Warner Brothers Pictures, Discovery, CNN and Quest, has taken 5,861 sq. ft. and Nielsen which carries out media audience measurement, data and analytics from its 55 offices worldwide, has taken 2,827 sq. ft.

Warner Brothers Discovery’s office will be a base for TNT Sports which selected the building for their relocation due to its easily accessible location in the north east and Q5’s dual aspect windows which create a well-lit office space.

The two deals mean just one vacant suite of 3,067 sq. ft. remains in the 72,000 sq. ft. Q5, following the recent letting of the rest of the first floor to Act! Software.
The building offers top quality Grade A office accommodation and there are further plans to upgrade the common areas and entrance hall.
